Akpakomiza dumps Edoror for Bossu, rejigs his campaign committee

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Edo State Gubernatorial Election Campaign Committee list has been updated. The new list retained most of the names and the positions in the first list except where the members resigned from the Party like in the case of Sainthood Eromosele or opted out of the position like in the case of John Mayaki.

In the previous list, the Coordinator of LGA was former impeached Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, Hon Victor Edoro. Following protests by majority members of the party over his alleged unfair dealings in the LGA by appointing his wife and family members into juicy positions and his alleged interferences into Wards in the LGA where he is alleged to have encouraged crises in some Wards, the party felt it has had enough and decided to relieve his of the job

The replacement, a young popular youth leader and philanthropist, Mr Aigbokhan Isesele, popularly called Bossu, who leads the Bossu Movement, is believed to be loved by many youths in the LGA. It remain to be seen how Bossu would.be able to undo the alleged damage done to the psyche of the party followers in the LGA, which led to the resignation of a popular leader in Ewu, Saintmoses Eromosele, and a well known leader in the LGA and former State Vice Chairman of the APC, Chief Inegbeniki, both of who complained about the crisis in Esan Central which were all traced to one man
